FREE ART!!! Self Discipline starts with your body! First person to run 3 miles will win a free piece of ART by yours truly!! This is a commisson piece painted for my friend Sara Wilson. Sara surprised her husband on his birthday with a custom painting. She told me he was a huge Chicago Bear and Walter Payton fan. This is what I am up with. Sara and her husband both loved it. The painting is 24″x18″ and was only $150, and $30 to pack and ship.
